Tail light assistance please

I have an idea, but no insight on how to make it happen or if I can...

I basically want my tail lights red LED on outer rows to light up only when lights are on and braking, and the center rows replaced with orange and only light for blinker or hazards... possible?

Yeah, I mad a couple set. The funny thing is on Andrew's (AeroBFA) it keep going off at random while Chris's (FX45Chicago) would go off at extreme temperature. My FX45 has similar tail with the square design, which was modded by Marus and it works perfect. I took apart Marus wiring and I see no difference at all. I'm at a lost at this mod.
