Guys:
When I picked up my used 07 last weekend, I noticed that when revving it in neutral, the tachometer does not move smootly...it sort of bounces when revving up and while winding down. Anyone have a similar experience? The dealer (bless their hearts) are replacing the whole instrument cluster.
