switching in an 07' console

hows it going guys. i have a 2004 black fx35 and i was wondering if i could use the console from a 07 fx35 in my car.. its not the whole dash, its just the radio/thermostat part. it even comes with the dvd.cd unit and all that but i dunno if i can do that easily or even cheaper than.........

Putting a double din unit where the orange screen is now and moving the orange screen to the top above my rear view mirror.. this is what i want to do for like a winter project. i have a lot of sounds im going to install!!! let me know what you guys think! thanks alot!

you have to replace the entire dash not just the radio part for it to fit properly.
