Switched up the Wheels: 22" XIX X39

I Googled it and it seems that those XIX wheels are either +22 or +38. Based on the pics, you're at +22 which is roughly flush in the rear but will poke a decent amount in front. It'll get better once you drop it, but it's still pretty aggressive on the front. What size tires? It looks a little stretched.

Tire size is 285/35/22

Wow yours is the first aero kit kit I've seen that I like on a second gen, I think it's because of the clean look of the chrome piece on doors painted to mach the car. Very nice with the wheels it all works.

Thanx. I only have the front Aero lip. I had all the stock lower mouldings painted to match the car.

Ahhh....thought something looked a little different about your "body kit".
Looks even better that way with just the front lip installed. :good:

You can reuse the factory shocks and struts if you decided to drop with sport springs such as H&R's.

With H&R's, I don't think you'll have an issue. In rear, there is a possibility you'll have to roll the fenders and trim the plastic. I think you'd be ok in front without any work. I know the 1st and 2nd gens are slightly different, but I ran a 265 width tire on a 9" +5 offset wheel in front and it never rubbed on cut H&R's. Your setup only pokes out 2 mm more and the tire is slightly shorter which gives you more clearance so I think you'll be ok. I never rubbed in the rear either with a 10.5" rim and 285 tire on H&R's. If you drop lower, you may run into issues.
