Swap 07 radio to older model FX

I found a complete cd/radio/navi head unit on ebay from an 07 FX. Do you guys think this will be a direct fit/plug n play on an 04 FX?

If so, I'd love to pick this unit up.

+1 I think theres a lot more things you would have to change out to get it to work.

It not a bad idea but looking at both radio layouts it would probably easier to just upgrade to an aftermarket. considering that the 07 doesn't have a tape deck (which i doubt you use anyway). it would take alot more work just to get the fit right. it looks like the dash acutally wraps around the radio on the 07. truth be told i would just upgrade with an aftermarket.
