struts needed to lower ?

i might just stick with h&R i dont wanna stay away for the stiff ride as possible but would like to get the lowest i can with just springs . is there anyone on the scene with stock rims and tires with h&R . ? i would like to see how it sits ?

Here's a decent shot of the OEM 20" tires with H&R. Notice the front looks lower, the rear tires were practically bald. The rear you see here was at 1/32.
