Strange sound under the passenger seat...

This happened this morning and I have no idea what is wrong with it….It gets worse when I shift the gear to reverse.

Does anyone know what might be the problem? The car is in park in this video

Sounds like something rattling under there. Take a look and see.

I hope it's not the engine making that noise.

Maybe a loose exhaust mount?

How many miles oare on your FX? I have a similar sound. I had it checked out and its the catalytic converter collapsed on the inside.

I agree with smijus sounds like an exhaust mount.

start off by checking your exhaust system. When cold get under the car and start by wiggling all the exhaust pipes. Check for clunking and/or rattling

2007 FX35 with 72,000 miles on it. But I just went to my car and started again…the sound was gone…

Do you think the weather might cause the rattle sound? it was about 20 degrees yesterday and its about -12 today

Yeh I will definitely check whenever I can. My new Invidia exhaust will be here tomorrow

I will check on the mount whenever I can. Is it safe to drive like this?
