Stillen stage 4 pulley

Hi guys,

Just installed my stillen 4 upgrade kit and noticed the stage 4 pulley is only a fraction smaller than the stage 2 pulley..Is that correct? Also the boost is still under 6lbs which is Strange...Of course I can feel more power and torque with the stage 4 upgrade but the boost isn't at 8Lbs which the stage 4 pulley should put out.

Any ideas or opinions, Please let me know.

Make sure your belt isn't slipping, also what kind of boost gauge do you have and is it reading properly? What were your boost levels before stage 4? and you do have a silver pulley, right?

Yes, it is the silver pulley but the size difference is really minor..I use the Daemon racing gauge..Boost was around 5 with the stage 2 and now it is nearly 6 with the stage 4..My mechanic is going to make a new smaller pulley to go with the kit...The belts are tight and all the other pullies are in place and tight.

Any other ideas, please let me know.

P.S Like I mentioned, the torque and power is much more as is the sound.

If everything feels better and you have no leaks or anything, I would check your boost gauge and lines. Does the boost gauge have peak memory? I was hitting 8 psi with S4 and yes the pulley is just slightly smaller.
