Stillen Intake part #/fitment same for G35?

It appears that on some sites, the Stillen Intake for the FX has the same part number as that for the G35 03-06 Coupes. Yet on stillen's site, it varies slightly (stillen added an "FX" to the end of the number, making it 402834FX). Can anyone confirm that they are indeed the same? Theres a vendor on G35driver selling them for $195 shipped and i want to get in on the deal. Thanks.

the one with the FX is probably for the FX. just buy it from stillen

They are the same part numbers for the main part (Shield and Filter). The only difference would be the Z-tube, as you know the z-tube will be shorter on the fx.

thanks...i already have a Z-tube so my main concern is the actual filter, heat shield unit....hopefully it fits ok and Ill confirm for sure.

just received my intake and the install instructions say 2003+ Infiniti G35/FX35, P/N #402835, so just for future reference, the intake from an earlier G35 Coupe WILL FIT an FX35.

added: where did you guys apply the CARB Sticker, for those that used it....

i am installing my stillen CAI tomorrow. does anyone have a DIY on stillen intake?

my instruction basically says the sticker should go under the hood where all other stickers are - i.e - so that it is clearly visible.

installed it today. no problems whatsoever , just followed the instruction that came with it.
