Yes I just completed installing an 8" Android head unit into mine and I relocated the stock display to the clock panel. I also covered all the dash parts in real carbon fiber with a gel coat.

^ that looks good! Did you do the work yourself or have someone custom make the panels?

All buttons function including steering wheel controls for volume, phone, etc. Navigation and HVAC controls all work still. Only the stock radio doesn't work and that was by choice because the Android head unit has a built in AM/FM radio with an HD tuner so there was no need to keep the stock radio connected.Looks great.. Only thing with me is the number of non functioning buttons after the install..

Nice, that looks great.
I have been toying with doing something simillar. Relocating the stock screen down below, and then mounting a nice double din or tablet of some sort in the stock location.
How much work was needed to get the stock screen to go down below? did you need to extend any wires? or just undo some of the loom and manipulate it into that area?

la_fx35 is right! the stock nav harness is plenty long so all you have to do is modify the clock panel and just relocate the harness down below.
Cool, I was looking at that brand too. Which model to use? It's a head unit made by Pumpkin Audio running Android 5.1
