I believe it's a 24mm. That would be close to or just slightly larger than 15/16", if you don't have metric. It's been a while since I was under there, but I think you can get a socket on there.
Since it's not much torque, you might get by with an adjustable wrench. (Someone posted torque spec in this thread.)
If you tighten too much, your steering will not return to center, when rolling.
