Ok guys, I have a question. So I have the following wheels in black:

Size is 18x8.5 with a 35mm offset. I want to use these wheels for the track and for long trips.

Will there be an issue with the offset? If this offset will work with the FX, what size tire would you guys recommend? Keep in mind that I am lowered on H&R Springs.

offset seems to be ok. Just 1mm less on the inside so it should not be an issue. But the wheel will extend out an extra 11mm from stock specs...so no real worries on rubbing.

As for tires, stick to the overall oem diameter but you can go a bit wider. What are your tire specs now on the 22's?

They are Yoko's 285/35/22 tire size. I want a bit wider for the 18's. So what size would you recommend?
 
295 and 305 would be the next step up.
I think Doc & Dave have the 305's on their 22's.
 
The tire size that will match the overall diameter of your current setup but with the 18's and a bit wider would be....295 or 305/50/18

See what tires are available in those sizes.
