Hi guys,
My brakes have been squeaking for many months now. The brakes only had about 15k miles. Brake pad has about 60% left for both front and rear. First trip to Cerritos Infiniti they cleaned it, the sound went away for 1 day and then it came back. During
My service advisor Hans Rico over at Cerritos Infiniti took a ride with me to hear where the noise was coming from. It sounded like everywhere. After 2 days in the loaner car, I was notified that they had replaced brake pads at all 4 corners and resurfaced the rotors. Needless to say the noise is gone, AND I got brand new pads covered under warranty.
Hans is a really nice guy and pays attention to any problems you have. If you're around the area I recommend taking your car to Hans for service.
