Springy sound, E-brake cable?

Hey everyone, I notice that after I drive a specific amount of distance on my 04' 43K miles, Ill hear a spring like sound coming from the front somewhere. Best way to describe it, if you were to flick a spring with your finger and it kinda makes that "springy", metallic sound coming from the front end somewhere. It always happens at the same spot/distance.It justs makes that sound once until I turn the car off for a small period of time and itll do it again when I drive. For example, I back out of my garage, put the car in drive and go and usually at x spot/distance, Ill hear that sound. Did a search and obviously couldnt find anything with the springy sound, but the closest issue I can think of is the E brake cable needs adjusting.

Can anyone enlighten me to this please?

I never heard of your problem. but you can check the ebrake yourself to eliminate that possibility.

you may be hearing the abs self check... it activates on the first foward movement of the car only once, & it is a kind of springy noise:
