Hey guys,
I'll be doing my spring install this weekend with a friend and just want to make sure i'm as prepared as possible for his arrival. Do i need to remove the rear interior panels in order to gain access to the top of the strut assembly, or is all the work done from inside the wheel well? i printed up the rear lower link and coil spring page out of my service manual, but i'm still a little confused. any other advice that i should have before tackling this?

What springs are you installing? If possible, please can you take a side profile shot of before and after and post it up!!

I will be installing H&R springs. I will be sure to take some before and after shots. I am also going to try to do due diligence and take some progress pics and make a write up.

if you need any help with the rears, shoot me a pm and i will be glad to assist. i had a shop put on the fronts though. the only tools i used were, oem jack, 2 jack stands, torque wrench, basic hand tools, and i recommend having a socket wrench, otherwise there is one bolt that is loosened, and you could only do a 1/4 turn at a time with a normal wrench. just follow the instructions from the service manual and it was easy, albeit time consuming, to get the job done right.

well i'm gonna be honest and just you guys i totally slacked off with pictures of any sort. camera was dead so i set it up to charge and that is where it spent the rest of the day. was able to get the springs in pretty easily in just under 3.5 hours. took it out for a quick spin and i'm really diggin it so far. true test will be tomorrow when i make the ride to work. overall it seems to ride very similar, argueably even better actually. not to stiff at all. i made it a point to hit some farmiliar bumps and it seemed to handle them really well. not to mention that it looks much slicker being just that 1.3"s lower to the ground. amazing.
