Splash Shield Plastic Cover

Hi, I want to buy the screws/bolts and rivet plastic screws for the splash shield cover under the engine. Looks like everytime I took the car to a shop for an oil change they forgot to put all the bolts back in the right place. I got under the FX and saw that not all the screws are the same size. The bolts on the sides next to the tires seemed to be smaller as the screws next to the fog lights. But the bolts on the back of the shield (which I believe are four) seemed to be different size too. The 2 bolts in the center are the same size, but the outer bolts seemed to be bigger/ thicker bolts or rivet plastic screws. I switched the inner bolts to the outer holes and they are just too small; the holes are bigger and those are the bolts missing. Everytime I see my car I see the corners of the plastic shield bent or hanging where the bolts are missing. I would like to know if there is a website where I can buy the whole set (bolts/rivet screws and plastic shield) or just all the bolts required to hold the splash shield in place.

OEM screws and bolts are I think over $1.50 each, they should all be 10 mm you can buy stainless for cheaper.

Mine all rusted out and try to replace with stainless.
