Hey guys, looking at purchasing the Cerwin Vega VPAS12ST spare tire sub-woofer, curious if anyone has run this guy and whats behind the install?

Do you need to do anything with the stock bose system with a by pass or anything, does the sub fit in the spare for the 1st Gens?

There's a write up on here somewhere. It fits inside the existing tire.

I think the person tried it without a dedicated battery line and wasn't happy so ran a dedicated line from the battery.
