I have a 20x9.5 wheels and the tire size is 295-45-20 with a offset of 48. what size spacers do I put on to bring thee tires even with the fenders. and can I use my stock wheels with those same tires withe spacers.

You need to measure in mm's the distance from the outer edge of the tire to where you want them.

a 295 is really wide for the stockers.....according to tirerack a 295 tire will fit a rim that is 9.5 to 11 wide.
