I know, another spacer's question! read all the thread's, just couldn't find my situation. Want to put H+R bolt on's on my FX, the thing is, I have oem Enkei's 21x9.5 with 50 offset on a first gen, most first gen's run 25mm but that's with different rim's and a different offset. What size spacer's will I need to get it flush? No drop at the moment, might drop a bit in the future with BC coilover's. Don't mind a bit of tuck up front, but would like to be flush at back! Thank's guy's!

Have you looked at the rim calculators? You're 1.5 mm thicker, but 10 mm in... So you've got an additional 19 mm out and 20 mm in versus stock... See how much more you want and then buy those spacers... With a drop, you'll have negative camber in the back but zero camber in the front, unless you dial it in (the coilovers have good adjustments for the front, but you'll need a camber correction kit for the back and depending on your drop, you'll usually still be about 1 degree off)...

Hey DatMan, I actually did use the rim calculator, Im 29mm more in and 9mm more out than stock, but what does that tell me? most first gen's with spacer's have aftermarket rim's. I really like the way GTO's first gen look's, nice and flush, I see he's running 20x10.5 with 25 offset and no spacer's. If I compare my rim's to his through the calculator I'm 38mm more in (outer position) than his, so I would need 35 spacer's to get something like his stance???

LOL... I guess I calculated in my head and forgot the +50 mm offset of your rims... :P

But yes, your calculations would be correct... However, 35 mm spacers doesn't sound like a great idea... I would go with 25 mm max... Maybe PM him for some info... Cause I've heard of a lot of people rubbing when going less than +40 mm (overall from the 8" OEM 1st Gen rims) from stock... And even with just 25 mm spacers, you'd be pretty close... You might need to roll your fenders and do a little trimming...

I want to do a brake upgrade, but will need 20 mm spacers for my winter rims to clear the new calipers... So gonna check my measurements this spring to make sure I don't screw anything up... I'm dropped REALLY low on my coilovers so chances of rubbing will be high...

Agree with you on the spacer's, don't want to go higher than 25 also, but I wil need them anyway, I will be upgrading the front brake's to FX50's Akebono's with drilled rotor's in the future, and that could cause trouble with the stock 18's with winter rubber.

jbaker took care of the guessing game out... You just need 20 mm spacers with OEM 18's to run the 2nd Gen BBK's... So this spring I'll be checking my clearance on my winter tires as well as my clearance when I put on my summers to make sure I can go with the 20 mm spacers... My aftermarket summer rims don't have those slots in the back so when I add spacers, I need the ones that come with extended bolts to swap out with the OEM bolts...
