Spacer size advice

Folks, need some advice what brand and size spacers I should go with for front and back wheels, I have Vossens CV3r 22"

The information should come with your rims. Similar rims can come in different widths. The exact same style of rim can sometimes be ordered with custom offsets. We can't tell unless your rims come with that information.

So using the info from 1st Gen FX's OEM rims (8" and +40 offset), I put your new rims in the calculator (9" and +38 offset), and I got the following information:

Inner Clearance: 11 mm LESS
Outer Position: EXTEND an extra 15 mm

So you'll already be poking out another 15 mm compared to stock. I'd stick with that. Especially if you don't want any rubbing. Usually people will add 20 mm spacers to their OEM rims. At 15 mm out, there's not much more room you can go before it starts looking bad...

What do you advise to get a more flush look

Your wheels are pretty close already... Since I don't know what exact stance you want, this is probably the best way for you to figure it out. The DIY suggests measuring in inches. Most spacer manufacturers for the FX have sizes in mm, and usually by +/- 5 mm (like 20 or 25 mm)... So when you figure what you like, you'll probably have to round down to the closest 5 mm (ie, if you like it at 17 mm, you're best option would probably be 15 mm).

U can deft add some spacers on the rear probably 15mm and be "flushed". I'm running 22x10.5 all around with 285 tires and sitting pretty flush and still may add spacers in the rear for a little poke.

You could run a 25mm spacer and probably be fine without rolling the rear fenders. I used to run a 22x10.5" rear +25 with a 285 tire and no fender mods - that was ~30mm more aggressive than you are now with no rubbing. A 265 tire buys you a little more room. I only had to roll the rear fender and trim the plastic when I switched to a 305 tire. In the front, I ran a 9" wheel and 265 tire at a +5 offset which is 33 mm more aggressive than you have now. It rubbed slightly but I ran coilovers and the car was adjusted all the way down.

I currently run 20x10.5" wheels and 275/40 tires with +5 offset in front and +0 in rear. Rear fenders rolled and plastic cut, no mods in front. Other than adjusting camber to -2 front -3 rear, no other work was done. It only rubs when I bottom out. There's a lot more room in the wheel wells than people think. Spacers are cheap, just buy a few sets and try them out - I have 15, 20, 25, 35mm spacers that I've picked up and swap in and out. Without knowing ride height and camber, it's all just a guess as to what you need. But to be conservative, you'd be fine with a 15mm like some recommend. You'd also probably be fine at 25mm but it's not guaranteed, you may rub.

This is how far out you can push the tire without much rubbing (w/ fender rolled). It's 57mm further out than your current setup so 2.25". The look isn't for everyone, but it's a reference point.
