Spacer shake help

Hey guys so I got my new wheels . I got them balanced an set at 42 psi. I installed 5mm h&s spacers. I put my hub centric rings on the wheels and mounted them. I have a horrible front end shake. I have taken them off 3 times flipped them. Cleaned the hubs. Re torqued. Everything!! What is the problem??
And on top of that my brakes squeal when I come to a complete stop.

They are 5mm H&R spacers, sold by us. With 5mm spacers this is a common issue. There is not enough lip left on hub to center your wheels. You need to torque your lugs in the proper order, the wheel will naturally center itself around the PCD.

Torque them in stages to the proper torque of 80 ft/lbs
