Manual outputs: 3mm jack, USB (for charging phone)
Listen to any internet stations like Slacker, Pandora, 8 Tracks enc.......
Music cuts off when an incoming call comes in and restarts at end of call.
Incoming calls loud and clear.
Good background noise fitering during calls.
Easy to reach and operate controls.
Music quality pretty good.
CON's
Music quality pretty good but could be better.(not as good as hard wired)
Ocasionally when playing stations like Slacker I had to reset the bluetooth connection after a call by unplugging the Sound Fly Unit and pluging it back in to reset the conection to my Phone (Samsung Stratosphere). I'm not sure if this was an issue with the phone or the Soundfly View.
The fit of the lighter/power plug was very tight I had to put a little silicone lubicant on it to avoid pulling the outlet out of the vehicle.
When using this type of FM transmitter hands free device you are limited to only listening to it and not any other sources like CD or Radio stations other than the station that you are pairing the FM transmitter to.
When I was driving in a densly populated area like LA with so many FM Radio Stations sometimes the station that I was paired to became overwelmed by a station thats signal was too strong and I would have to pair to a different FM Station. NOTE: this only happened to me twice.
Conclusion: All in all even with some of the cons I use this every day and would recomend it to anyone who wants a hassle free plug and play Hands Free device for their Phone.:top::top:
