Sound when entering/exiting vehicle

I hear an external metallic sound (as if something is getting pressed) when I or someone else enters or exits the car to sit. When I asked the dealer about it, a manager told me it's normal for the FX50S because it has the active suspension system. Do you guys hear any sounds when entering/exiting your cars?


FYI- I have the Borla cat-back exhaust system installed.

no metal sound...I actually love the way it sounds when it closes....similar to a Mercedes door close....just this sound of air if that makes any sense.

Not sure what you mean about the metallic sound but I hear a sound when I get into my car as tho something is starting up....before I turn the car on.

Not sure what you mean about the metallic sound but I hear a sound when I get into my car as tho something is starting up....before I turn the car on.

It might be the welcome lighting sequence you are hearing. We have a 12 point welcome light sequence I believe it is....when you approach the vehicle, first it's the mirrors, then when you open the door a sequence of lights start up as you get into the car.
