Try TUFF STUFF. Works wonders for me in everything i clean. Been using it 8+ years. Yellow can for a few bucks. Spray and let settle for 2-3 min. Wipe and let dry.
 
Oxi-clean works great too! No 409 or industrial cleaner as it only stains or may bleach the cloth. Also it breaks down the glue between the cloth material and the hard liner.
