SoCal +2 meet 10/25

Very nice turnout. Sorry didnt make it, but I did get alot done today. I'll post some daylight pics tomorrow in my personal thread. Set in block foundation w/ stone walkway & Dog house put in & built porch & awning. . did two levels of redwood fencing 2. My hair is caked in sawdust :eek:. All I got are night shots.

Ya, whatevers, I know . . but it was my thing today. Otherwise I would have been chillin w/ the FX crew. Day pics tomorrow in my own.
Besides, I need to bring up my post count :tongue:

Dave-May be the wrong thread but the fence work looks nice and I like the way you used the square caps on the posts. Need daylight shots.

Hey Pelon-Any plate shots? I like that it's mounted below the bumper. How did you do it?

Remove existing bracket, cut top piece flush ,flip upside down and mount with notch of bracket on lower section. I used tie wire cause don't trust zip ties

Looks like you guys had a nice turn out. Wish I could have made it. But I got the +2 done and noticed some improvement. Can't complain. Thanks Alan.
 
Just a reminder to everyone that has done the +2 that from now on you will need to fill up with minimum 91 PREMIUM gas in your FX's. No more cheap gas option for you.

Never an option for me. I always put premium.
 
Actually noticed changes with MPG after this +2 mod.

In city driving, MPG seemed to decrease to around 18.9 - 19.3 mpg (previously 19.5) and in highway driving, MPG increased to around 24 - 28 mpg (previously 22-26).......
