It really hurts me so much that I’m writing this. The car was in the family since 2008 and it hurts to see her go and never drive her again. While it did it’s job on saving my life it just hurts me so much as I accumulated soo many memories and road trips along the way. I had a lot of plans for it and it’s crazy that from a blink of an eye everything can change. (October 2008-March 9, 2018)

I’m blessed that I didn’t sustain any life threatening injuries. I would disclose details of the accident but I can’t at the moment (legal reasons), I wasn’t at fault that’s all I can say.

Oh dude...that sucks Axel, that really sucks. Thank God you're alright. Sue the shit out of that asshole.
 
Glad the FX was able to protect another member! Sorry for your material loss... at least you came out unhurt.. that's all we care about.

Yeah their really safe. I found out the hard way but I’m glad it did it’s job and saved my life. It took the hard hit like a champ

Time to look for a Gen II! After an fx35, and now an FX37, both RWD, I might have got a V8 if I’d thought about it a little more. I’m not sure how much I’d hate the thirstier vs, the extra Zoom.

I suspect their AWD is better today than in 2003 when I first drove one, I’m pretty sure the 5.0 is a better motor than the 4.5.

You gotta drive something.

PS. Notice that in spite of how smashed the front end was, the passenger compartment looks totally unscathed!! I mean...:poop:

Sad to see her go, we know you loved her. Where did it happen?

Yeah it sucks to be honest and it happened on I-45N exit West rd on my way to work. It’s taking longer for me to forget the accident since I take that exit every day to work.

I’m actually looking for a Q50S at the moment! I was looking at the second gens but sadly the 5.0s are out of my budget lol
