Slight hesitation when turning on the car

Hey guys, I have noticed the last few days that when I first start the car in the morning, there is a slight hesitation and it sounds like the engine takes a few turns of the crank before starting up. If you could imagine a almost dead battery and trying to start it...it has that feeling of the crank turning but not starting. Same thing here but only a few turns like that then it starts up. After that, its fine. Even later in the day it starts up like a champ. Its currently not cold in the morning and thought it may be my spark plugs. Its an 06 with 58k miles. What do you think? Do any of you actually do the 60k service? Is it basically like a mini tune up?

I'd try cleaning the batttery terminals first with some sandpaper and smearing a little vaseline on them to help prevent corrosion. How old battery? If OEM maybe time for a change.
