Slight bump 2nd to 3rd

When shifting in manual from 2nd to 3rd my trans will seem to hesitate. It's a small ba-bump. Once the FX is a few miles warm it tends to stop doing it. Its not very noticeable but I know its there. The other shifts seem smoother. Thoughts?

When should the trans fluid be changed, and by what method?

i changed mine 65k, drain and fill method, didnt flush etc.

To reduce the shutter, accelerate to 4k, let off a little, shift to third, accelerate. At least that works for me.

Great, thanks for that. I was almost hoping it was a normal thing for an FX to acquire. I am still getting used to all the "expected" things but still love the FX none-the-less.

i have noticed it on mine as well... have gotten used to it and have been told the same thing that it is "normal"...

same with mine...kinda got used to it and i try and do what gold said
