Side Window fell

I've never opened it up, and was sticking and slow to open and close. Fell off something just now when I was rolling up. Anyone know what's involved here?

could be a broken plastic clip that holds the window or the cable has snapped.

I pulled out glass cleanly and Decided to let dealer deal with it. Don't want to chance breaking the glass. It came off clips cuz needed lube. Too much tension over time, and while normally, not sold separately, dealer said they could do epoxy repair. I'm game for two bills
