What is the best way to convert our push button to a regular universal type shifter? I saw a write up on a Momo but I've got a couple of different styles here one is a screw on which won't work but the other two are pretty universal. One is designed for push button which I prefer not to use and the other is an NRG shifter. The nrg did not come with any kind of set screws only a few different plastic options. 8,10 and 12 millimeter and straight thru and capped.

I thought about drilling a hole through the stick and sticking a pin through it after moving the slider down to the correct position.
