I'm new, obviously. I've been trying to find out the process in shaving the rear upper-mounts in order to acheive a lower stance. I recently purchased H&R springs for my '03 45. I have no idea of what I should be looking for at the moment, but it seems that some members in the drop thread are doing this.
Anyone have any tips, pictures, instructions, etc.? What should I be shaving? Is it obvious once I take apart some of the rear suspension components to install the new springs?
Any help would be great. I'm not too keen on the search functionality of this forum, as I haven't had any luck with search results and I've already read the first four pages of results based on my keywords. I'm enjoying the wealth of information I'm getting from this place.
