Service Engine Soon P2135

I got a ses today, but the car ran fine today until I could get the code pulled. It was this p2135 (throttle position sensor). I cleared the code and we'll see if it comes back. So far so good.

Lmk what happen when u run it with ur head lights on if the c/e comes back on u cleared the code but did u change the t/b?
 
I just went to advance auto to get the code pulled, and after seeing what it was, I cleared the code and will hope it doesnt come back. If it does ill get a new TB, $550is yikes! If anyone knows of a cheaper source let me know. The car hasnt behaved strangely at all (headlight on or off), I just had the light on the dash.
 
Yea idk what's going on I deleted the code and piped on my light and there was the c/e light on again smh idk what to do now why is ur throttle body going to run you 500 is that from the dealer cuz in auto zone it's only 220 after taxes
 
Off to the dealer I go tomorrow no mechanic can tell me what's going on I changed the alternator that was t it I changed the throttle body that was t it I changed the battery still nada so let's see what the dealer tells me I'm so mad rite now I just want to junk the damn car like one guy told me it has to do something with the ecu how can this happen from just diving like I don't understand well I will let u guys know what they tell me there

We in the same boat bro. I have the identical problem as you do.


I changed the Throttle body & Accelerator Peddle Position with no luck.


I am 99.9% given up.

Please keep us posted on the dealer visit.
 
I am a new member I have a 2005 FX35 AWD 93000 miles. Today my low tire indicator beeped long and loud at me. I pulled over to see what was wrong and from an eye view everything looked okay. I kept driving and pretty much drove all day. I took it to a car wash and still no issues, I got home parked it for about an hour and then went to go to the store and the VCD/SLIP lights were on also my check engine light also came on. Then when I put it in gear the balls that the car once had were gone. I checked the brake fluid as your site instructed but it was full, I bought the car the last week of January 2014 when I got it the dealership put $2500.00 worth of work to it. they replaced the brakes, belts oil/air filter. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I called the Nissan Dealership and they say the car's computer is in safe mode and thats why the car will start but when you give it gas it does not drive. The car thinks there's a flat tire so the computer doesn't want you to drive on flat tires. any ideas?
