Serpentine Belt Length

Had to replace the PS belt on my 2007 FX35.

Here's some interesting information.

Checking AutoZone, the belt (Duralast) is listed at 46.82in/1189mm.
O'Reilly has the same belt (Gates)47in/1195mm.

Apparently, RockAuto sells the 2 different belts based on the Mfg Dates of Pre March 2007 & Post April 2007.

My FX is Pre March 2007 and requires a belt length of 45in/1156.5mm.
AutoZone has one from Continental PN 4060450.

So the 45in belt is for 2003 -2006 models too? Mine is an '06

I also have a 2006 FX. The belts they gave me for that one fit just fine. Apparently, it's just with certain mfg date 2007s.
