Serpentine Belt and AC belt ? ?

I have the 2007 FX35 with 68k miles
I'm thinking to replace the serpentine belt.

but my friend told me that there are two belts I need to replace, v belt and ac belt.
he also told me not necessary to get the factory part, since Goodyear has very good product about these. even more quite than the OEM.

any idea about it?
any one had the goodyear belt on the FX?
could you please give me the model number for it?
 
I did read that before..
I was wondering if the goodyear belt is better.
I also did research on the goodyear belts, they have few models for 2007 FX35
 
I don't think there is much difference between belts. I think I'm running one Gates and one Goodyear right now, they're pretty much the same. Just make sure you get the correct length for your '07, that's the year they changed things up slightly so the belt needed is shorter. Some places don't know that and you'll get one that's too long.
