Hey guys have a 2012 fx50s with dual climate seats asking if Anyone has any issues with the seat warmers just bieng barely warm? On the max setting they're just barely warm.. I cleaned out the filters over the vents still the same after... I read somewhere that the tube may be linked inside the seat but not sure. Anyone have these problems or is it just me? Here in montreal Canada when it hits -40 celius I would love them to be really hot.

They're useless. The cooled feature works quite well, but I can leave the heated function on for 30 minutes on maximum setting and it puts out less heat than my old Volvo seats did in 3 minutes on the lowest setting.

The seat warmers have always been crappy compared to any European manufactured car... BMW's will roast my nuts in 2 minutes on high, and it's still quite toasty on low... The FX gets warm after 15 minutes and the high setting is roughly the low setting on my parents' BMW...

Ok so it's just not me... My gfs fiat 500 has one button u push and flames melt your entire lower body. 19k car 1 vs 60k 0 but I do agree with the cooler side thought very awesome!

well, i have to beg to differ. after a few minutes i have to shut them off because i get too warm. however, i do think that because they push air they take a bit longer to warm up than the regular heated ones with embedded elements.

The 1st Gen FX's have just elements and they take a good 10 minutes before they're warm... High does get a little toasty, but nothing compared to European seat warmers...

I've never had European heated and/or cooled seats. Just Japanese.... CRV and CX5, and now the QX. The CRV heats up a tad faster than the CX5 did, but the CX5 also had thicker leather seats.

I'd say they are useless as well compared to any other car I've owned/driven. My 2007 Jeep Srt8 will burn your ass before leaving my street.
