Search for TSB ITB03-073

Hi y'all,
Anyone have a clue how to get TSB "ITB03-073" from Infinitihelp.com?
I am registered (some months now), but still not able to look into or download any TSB.
I need it for a warranty claim on my fuel gauge problem (fuel pump and 2nd sensor need to be replaced).
But over here in Holland the don't have the same warranty rules as in the USA/Canada...
And no way i can get in contact with the managers of Infinitihelp.com...
Perhaps i'm overlooking something. Help, anyone?

Once registered at Infinitihelp you should be able to download several items per day including tsb's, loose sections of the service manuals etc. Stu will help you out for now but I don't like to see members at Infinitihelp not have access to what they should. Pm me over there (Infinitihelp) and I'll get you sorted out (I'm a moderator). Same name as over here. Infinitihelp is a good site and the admin is a good guy but he does get caught up with his day job as well (Infiniti/Nissan mechanic).
