Screechin noise on cold start up

Hello, this is my 1st post. I own an 04 FX 35 AWD. I live in Toronto canada.
As the weather is getting a liitle cool, I find there is screeching noise that comes from the enging on start up. The noise tend to go away once the engine warms up.
I have also found the noise is also there when I turn the steering wheel completely to one side. i,m thinking changing of the belt could solve this?
I had my mechanic check the belts on my last oil change, he said the belt look ok, no cracks.
 
Sounds like a loose belt. Has nothing to do w/ wear cracks.
 
dont the belt tighter from the adjuster as it wears down, I do not think you can tightened it. I say replace the belts how many miles since last change..
