Saying hi again!

I started coming on this site a few months ago after I bought my FX, I just got the wheels painted today, so I figured it's finally worthy to post on the site (somewhat worthy, ha)! Anyways, the paint is a custom mixture that my paint guy worked on and is a combination of light graphite and black. It has metallic flakes under sunlight. The center caps arent painted yet, b/c I wanted to see how it looks w/o it painted! I'm still undecided on that one! The other mods are Alpine Type R 12" w/ Alpine 500 watt RMS amp, 20% tint on the front and 5% around the back. Other than that, its stock! Intake is next, followed shortly by exhaust!

i definitely want the springs for increased handling, etc. but dont want to lose the smooth ride of the vehicle for improved look in stance. does that even make sense, ha!?

The eibachs are a bit stiffer than the H&R but will lower you a bit more...

welcome again!

match those caps! I powdercoated my wheels black and left the caps off, and it looked just as bad as having silver caps.... paint those suckers!

ha, noted! they will be painted soon, ha! I didnt want to do black on black, so instead, i attempted to mimic the color of wheels on the Lexus ISF. The high gloss dark charcoal attempt turned out well, i'm happy w/ the results!

In that light, and because the picture isn't amazing, you can't really tell the caps are a different color. It seems to look ok. Also, really needs to be lowered.

Hey JRekasie, Was going to post earlier and I forgot. Can you possibly post a better picture (close up) of your wheel and see if you can get the paint maker and formula from your painter? Thinking about doing mine and gunmetal wheels are growing in popularity. I bet other members would appreciate the info as well.
