Sapphire Fx w/ Brick Interior??

Infiniti introduced Sapphire (I had one) in 2005. The only interior color choices were graphite or wheat. Neither Brick or Espresso were options and I think (unless Dudelove corrects me) the sun in that picture is affecting the tint in the image. I suspect his interior is graphite. But it almost looks Espresso, def not brick which was discontinued in 2005.

Actually, they did offer that color combo because I did see it in a brochure when I got my DG/Brick combo in 05.

Hopefully i can find what im looking for if not i could probably get a black with brick and paint it sapphire, which would be cheaper to do paint another color or interior swap?? so much work to do and i dont even have her yet.

swapping the interior is not extremely difficult, what is, is trying to actually FIND one:smile: I'm now going to swap my brick interior for a black with another local member... that may be your best shot, getting one with a black interior & then finding someone who wants to swap the black for brick... this may be difficult but not impossible really...

painting a black fx over in saphire will cost you at least 5k to do it nice...

did you do an interior swap with someone to get the brick? i cant remember from your long long thread lol:laugh:

I found most of the brick interior used & then bought the missing parts new... I got a great deal & it still cost me $$$

I agree. I removed a good portion of my interior this week and it's a piece of cake. Very modular and lots of "snap clips" or whatever they're called. The only tools I needed to remove the seats, carpets, and all the lower trim pieces were a 14mm wrench (for the 4 seat mounting bolts and the seat belt mounting bolt) and a phillips screwdriver (for a few of the trim pieces). I didn't touch the headliner or dash though, those may be a bit more involved...

DAMN!! its crazy all the accidents that these cars where in! Thanks for the website i just might go this route:tup:

no prob, I'm sure you could part the remaining car out too and make back most of your money.

If you buy a FX with Black interior and do the swap i want first dibs on the driver seat...:.smile:

Wow, I must have got pretty dang lucky because I just picked up my 06 Sapphire w/ graphite interior w/ 16k miles loaded for $28,900 from CarMax... Had it shipped from GA.

When it comes to color - stick it out for the color you want. Put the exterior first. If you settle for something, you'll be reminded daily.
