Santiago's choice of processor is the exact same route I am taking. I will also be using the Alpine PHA-H800 sound processor with RUX-H800 remote combination with the same installation location but will be using a 4 channel Alpine PDX amp for the mids and highs to power the front speakers(a set of Alpine Pro 6.5 components)and another set of Alpines for the rear door speakers. For the lows a PDX amp(1000 watts)will feed either a couple of Alpine Type R subs or if I can find more space maybe go for an additional pair and have a total of 4(qty) 8 inch subs. Still undecided with what video monitors to use. I want to go all Alpine but it may be easier just to put in the oem stuff since I heard it's pretty decent. Unfotunately, I wont be able to get started until another few weeks since I just had my heart procedure done but I will start it asap since I need to get the car ready for our long trip to Vancouver, BC in June for my brother's wedding. I already have a Stinger battery set aside to help power the system and I'm glad the weather is starting to warm up so I can start on the system soon. For now at least I'll be doing some renderings on the amp mounting and sub designs. Good job Santiago, keep the updates and pictures coming. If you don't mind I'll hit you up when Im about ready to start my install to get some install tips from you.

How did you find out what the wires was off the factory Bose amp so you can wire up a after market amp

Guys, so sorry for not getting back into the thread. Work became crazy, had some other projects come up and just lost track of the community. You know how it goes. Time for an update and to make up for lost time.
First, I had to trash the build from the local shop I paid for, it was trash. Look at the previous pictures, the box resonated like hell and the speaker itself came loose from use. It lasted about 2 weeks before I tossed it and started the entire project over myself. Spent time doing research and learning. I think it's paid off. I now have an "almost complete" first edition of the FX50s stealth install ;D
Here's the link to the entire gallery. There's a few more pics I'd like to add but this takes you through much of the process of rebuilding the system in the rear deck. What I have left to do is an almost complete rewire with full techflex treatment with color coded wires, labels, all the professional touches. I plan on competing with the car in SQ and SQI (install). I also will be doing a rework of the front as well.

I should also add that my new cargo area cover arrived from Lloyds. Will be adding a secondary subwoofer cover to the Morel that will be used when travelling so that the floor will be fully usable. The cover will come off when showing off the car.

Hi there. Replied to your PM earlier. Very sorry for missing it for so long.
For those wondering about the wiring interface to the head unit on the FX. All you need to do is get the service manual. It's available online. The wiring interfaces for the amp are very clearly listed.
Here's the good part.
The stock HU does output Line Level. You DO NOT need to pick up signal from the Bose Amp. You can pickup signal from the HU itself. I interfaced at the Bose amp in the back, picking up the line level signals where they entered the bose amp (ie tied into the wire before the connector). Then take the line level and run it to your amps/processor/whatever.
A few other things.
1. The HU line level is fairly low, so you will need to raise gains a bit to compensate.
2. Each speaker has a discrete wires if you chose to use these without rewiring (which is fine for most uses).
3. There are line level signals for front left, front right, rear left, rear right and center. There is no sub signal from the HU so you will need to split that using a processor or filtering on the amp itself.
Any more questions let me know. Again, sorry for letting the thread stagnate. I know how frustrating it can be knowing someone has done the work and has answers to the questions that seem to be hard to find out there.

That does look great, I like the finish work. Motivates me to finish mine; everything has been wired. Just have to mount the amp.
Hopefully you just put a grill on, it would be a shame to cover that up. I have to run a false floor on mine because I frequently carry stuff that spills and use the rubber mat. Don't want to stain the synthetic suede.

As for woofer travel that's not an issue. Excursion has already been taken into account and with a mesh grill at surface level there's no chance of it hitting.
The floor will be put in the car for those times when I need to carry stuff around, etc. Normally it wont be there and I also won't have the mesh grill cover. The ring you see around the woofer is interchangable with the mesh grill cover.
