Running rough, Code P0306, Already replaced coil and plugs, HELP PLEASE

Did a tune up and replaced the spark plugs with NGK Iridium, drove about 100 miles and it was good, shut car off, when I started it again it felt like it was running on 5 cylinders. So, autozone pulled a code P0306. I then replaced the back drivers side coil pack (#6), cleared the code/reset ECU. It's doing the exact same thing and not sure what to do.

What should I do next?

Did you check to make sure all the vacuum hoses are plug back in and nothing cracked? Intake hose, PVC hose

Yes, checked them and I didn't see any cracks.

Try swap the plug #6 into with another to see if the code follow. May want to swap the coil pack too. Get a cheap scanner will be handy. http://www.amazon.com/Autel-MaxiSca...VOVK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334951616&sr=8-1

Crisis averted. When I took everything back off to switch the coils I noticed #6 wire wasn't 100% attached. It was 90% though.
