RPMS at low speed and around 50

Wassup guys i had a question:

This is from a stop - when i accelerate normally up to 20 mph my rpms fo up to about 2000 then when i let go of gas the rpms drop fast to idle around 1000 then when i press the gas again it goes back up to 2000 this happens under 50 mph the rpm will drop and maybe bounce once in between 1000-2000 then go back to 1000 if you let off gas and then when you press gas the rpms will raise up fast. But if you hit higher speeds like 50 and let go of gas the rpms will hold if you let go and accelerate again. Anyone had this problem thanks in advance for reading
 
Has this always been happening?

From your description, it seems normal to me. I can't offer any indepth analysis of why it happens (hopefully other members will chime in), but i'm pretty sure this is what happens to my 1st gen daily also.
 
to be honest i never paid attention to that before but now that i see it im questioning it but if you say its normal then thats good hehe
