ROTORPROS REVIEW Infiniti FX45

If I swap the front with either 370z or fx50s akebono calipers, what about the brake lines? Right now I have SS lines installed to the stock calipers. Will they work or will I need different ones? Also, are the 370 rotors a direct fit? And last, do the akebono calipers stick out farther to the wheels than the stock ones? I have spacers and want to make sure I have enough room before pulling the plug. Any or all help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

I run SS lines made for the 1st gen FX35, they work fine. You just need a shorter banjo bolt, StopTech makes them. You may also need to grind down the shorter banjo bolt, I did.

The front 370Z/G37/FX50 calipers and rotors are interchangeable. Just make sure you get the correct rotors for Akebonos as the G/Z have base models with different brakes. Rotors are a direct bolt on, no mods needed. Yes, the Akebono calipers stick out a lot more than OEM calipers. They actually stick out more than most BBK kits. If you already have spacers, you should be fine.
