RotorPros and Spacers Installed

I just wanted to share a little mod that I have been meaning to get to.

I installed the RotorPros rotors and Brake pads.

While I was getting this done, I had the longated studs put in and put Ichiba 15MM spacers in the front and H&R 20mm spacers in the back.

Here are the results.. I think my Baby looks better.

I need to take a look at my baby tomorrow to really see if it's just that..

Might just get 15mm in the back if that is the case... Ughgh

not worth it to invest in a camber kit.

Update

I have not had a good experience with these rotors and it just might be due to the way I drive my FX.

You can ask Psiclne, Dr.2k and Toy4fx if I drive my ride like it's stolen and I do.
I love the low end torque my baby has and try to find new ways to push her to the limit.

I purchased a set of rotors and new pads on April '08 from Rotor Pros. On February '09 I had to replace the pads and resurface the rotors.... (Not happy)

My total out of pocket expense for this set for rotors and pad after I had to resurface them with in 10 month's of my purchase was $675.00.

For that much, I could of replaced my brakes with OEM parts and gotten at least 3 years life out of my brake set up and could of had better stopping power with my OEM setup than the new setup from Rotor Pros.


What really surprised me and pissed me off was when I was putting on my new BBK...

Look at this... A CRACK that was straight through the entire rotor... ughgh








This type of cracking does occur when the rotors are exposed to too much heat. But, the entire purpose of having slotted and crossed drilled rotor was to improve my braking and keep my rotors cooler.

I was just disappointed with this product and was glad to get rid of them.
