What do you mean HD? If you are referring to HDR, that stands for high dynamic range and I don't use photoshop to do HDR, I use photomatix, since that's all it's for. I have photoshop CS.

Ya . . I'm pretty much in the dark on this stuff as you can tell. Hopefully someday. I'm sure there's more potential in that technology, cuz that pic isnt singing HDR to me, sorry.

I think it's because I was using a P&S sitting on a plank of wood to hold it steady, haha. Plus I don't know how to use the software, other than to put the image together. There's a lot of little tweaks you can make, but I don't know what to do. With my screen dark though, it looks decent.

I'm sure it does, but you cant blame the PS. Pretty much what I use, & I'm able to capture some pretty tight shots. Took these on Sunday while hangin by the pool

& this is a shot of the rear w/ pretty good tonal range

I'm using a little cannon P&S too, not a bad camera I guess, has an image stabilization too but yeah, been to lazy to research all the settings & play around much with them... I hate the little round dial, always goes off the auto setting acidentally, I'll wind up taking a whole bunch of shots before I even realize that the dials rotated all the way to manual or scenic mode... think my shot there was taken in some stupid scenic mode or something... guess it's easier to blame the camera than the nut behind the lens too... but I still want a good dslr... then maybe I'll feel it's worth learning more about it, although I guess that's just an excuse too really, your right dave, the cameras have way more potential if we really learned how to really use them I guess:tongue:

Not with those heavy ass wheels you don't
Plus we're talking N/A here, so best do it soon. Although, if I beat Will, I think I'll be hard to catch. It was windy that day, tailwinds help alot.
Will needs to beat me again though, or he won't nominate as a mod ever.

yeah man I got the whole summer to play with NA... gonna take it to the track one day & see what she does... wheels aren't too heavy really but yeah, the rear tires kinda are... awd is better for launch but then sucks up hp down the strip... I'm expecting a higher 15 I guess...

Ya, I may have to check out a new track that just opened. But it's been so hot here I doubt I'll have a shot at doing well. I'm also waiting on the Z's to go so I can roll with them.

yeah, been to englishtown a few times already this year, but each time driving other cars. a friends 350z & another friends 335i with a dinan flash & another guys eclipse... I want to bring my own car next time so I don't wind up having to drive any of there cars & make them drive there own cars themselves

I never took the fx cause it just feels like a waste of time sorta, but I am curious as to how it will do too, we usually go wendsday nights, gonna see if I can get any other fx's to go, big turk says he might be down...

Just came up with this after re-editing and stuff. Same picture, just not cropped for my FX only. I think it looks more like a typical HDR.

Uploading to photobucket made it look more bland than it is on my background unfortunately.

Here is what I believe the completely unedited one. I brightened it up a bit in the editing.

Might be too much background. HDR sometimes looks weird though.
Here's one that I think looks perfect. Doesn't have too much of that glow look.
