roof rails - roof

wassup guys I removed my roof rails, and put the caps in to cover the holes, any one got this setup and have problems with water going in? And if so how did you guys fix it.

I don't know if there are caps that you can buy but i do know there are several members who took it of. Most discussion i've seen about it was on the www.infinitifx.org forum. You should do a search there. Good luck.

Hmm, is that related to your findings of moisture by the dash speakers? I would get the cap off and apply a coat of silicone on those mounting holes and a light coat of silicone on the roof caps itself before you snap them in place for added piece of mind.

Use a little silicone sealant ... I just drilled holes for a spoiler on my Chrysler 300 S ... works great ...
