RIPnFX Iridium Limited Edition :: 2012 Infiniti Fx35

Bagged Iridium Blue Limited Edition FX35
Ian the Akebonos are gone, don't have them anymore

They are staggered 22x10 and 22x10.5 wrapped in 285/35/22 on all four corners. Regarding the yokos, they are awesome, quiet and ride smooth compared to the stock Bridgestones. I would def recommend them. The 22's ride better than my stock 21's lol.

RIP whats the offsets?

How does that work? You call them and say the model car and your flushness preference?

I wish I knew, DPE doesn't disclose offsets

Ok thanks anyway, I'm thinking about downgrading my 24's to 22's to up drop a little weight and I'm trying to figure out the best size to go with. My 24's are current 24x10.5 all around, so I'm thinking 22x10.5. Our 21' stocks are 21x9.5 if I'm not mistaken, I'd love to hear a few of your opinions on the advantages/disadvantages of increasing the width to 10.5. Remember I'm dropping the size primarily to boost performance under the pretense that the 22's would be lighter and may handle better at higher speed.

Eagerly awaiting this BBK, can you atleast tease us with what brand? Baer?ALCON? Brembo?

Got the KP technologies independent fog light module installed today on my 12 fx35 by Andy. It was the first test install on a 2nd gen and it worked out perfectly. I can turn on and turn off the fogs using the factory fog light switch. I'm going to keep them on during the day as a DTRL. Big ups to Andy for figuring it out. He will post a DIY soon

Love it. It's similar installs like the 1st Gen. Just a wiring color and location differences.

I should have a take pic of your big grins when we got it to light up the very first time. It was very good experience to get to install this on a 2nd Gen. Thanks for being the guinea pig on this install Rip.

Looks awesome, however I'm not sure how I feel about Andy working on 2nd gens... :)
