Ok so im really a noob on this one i want to change my rims out which is the 20 inch premium pkg rims to a concave rims what should i look into when choose rims i hear talks about offset and wat not so can some one fill me in? greatly appreciated

I have a set of MRR HR6 20x9 ET 38 on front and 20x10,5 ET 25 on the rears. The rears stick out a bit but once lowered it will be flush with the fender. Fronts need a 10 mm spacer to be even.
You can see them here: ///7670&page=2
I would personally choose a staggered setup or at least same rim size but different offset (or running 15 mm spacer in the back; i had this winter 20 mm spacers on the rear with the OEM 18's and it was a bit much).
Tire width is also important not only the offset. What size are you looking for? 20's, 22's?

im looking at 20s and 22s so i would need to get spacers if a get rims ? also i see on this site the offset calculator but dont kno how to work it also i want concave rims or slightly deep dish sorry for describing it forgot the proper term

I'm sorry if i made myself unclear. You don't need spacers if you buy new rims... I said i would run some spacers in the back to make it even with the fronts (the rears are very tucked IMO).
This is the offset calculator i have used : http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp
