Reverse camera comes on when Wet . Short ???

Hey guys, so recently when it rains or i go for a car wash, my dash screen would flicker and sometimes the reverse camera would come on ( which is kinda cool but not in a sense..). was wondering where i should start looking that might trigger this.

Look for water under the center console /dash - sounds like a drain tube is clogged and the water is overflowing inside the car
