Ive been searching on the forum for a while now trying to wrap my head around all the different brands and options for replacing brakes. I have a 2005 FX35 AWD with stock wheels. I need to replace my brakes fully. Rotors, Pads, etc.
I am not looking to spend an insane amount of money on them but I don't also want to buy brakes that won't well... brake.
As far as I can see everyone is speaking highly of Akebono brake pads? and Stop Tech rotors. I was hoping I can just grab everything at one place but that seems to be impossible. If you guys know of a good place to buy from and also what are the best items to buy. I believe I also need calipers and all the other good stuff to go with them.
I do not really care for the colored calipers or fancy looking brakes. My wheels are the stock ones and you wouldn't be able to see them anyway. I just do want good braking and if possible minimal dust. Thanks guys.:good:
